Ron Walker is a retired disabled U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 3 (CW3), a senior warrant officer recognized as an advanced technical and tactical expert, leader, trainer, and advisor. Throughout his distinguished military career, he served in roles demanding deep specialized knowledge, operational leadership, and the integration of complex systems across diverse missions, consistently demonstrating excellence in high-stakes environments.
Following his retirement due to disability incurred in service, Ron earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA), equipping him with advanced strategic, financial, and organizational management skills to complement his proven military expertise.
Today, he leads a highly qualified team of dedicated safety professionals, delivering comprehensive safety consulting, risk management, compliance solutions, and training programs to organizations in both public and private sectors. Drawing on his extensive Army background in technical operations, leadership, and mission-critical decision-making—combined with contemporary business acumen—Ron and his team help clients foster safer workplaces, mitigate hazards, ensure regulatory adherence, and promote a culture of proactive safety excellence.
